Chuck Hezekiah is known as one of America's most prestigious and talented makeup artists of the last 20 years. A licensed cosmetologist who lives in New York City, Hezekiah has consulted for industry leaders such as Garnier, Maybelline New York, Christian Dior, Yves Saint Laurent, and M.A.C. His mission: to expose the unique beauty of every woman by selecting the right products individually. To help spread his knowledge of beauty, style, and trends, Hezekiah travels the country conducting one-on-one beauty consultations with women around the country.

*To apply, you must be between the ages of 16 and 22 by October 1, 2008. A State I.D. will be required at event check-in. Ticket price is subject to tax and a processing fee, and does not include airfare, hotel accommodations or meals. Application must be received by August 31, 2008. Applicants will be notified by September 15, 2008. No high school or college credit earned. All appearances subject to change.
