Weiss's résumé boasts over seven years spent at prestige Condé Nast titles beginning with TEEN VOGUE, where she interned throughout her time as an undergrad at NYU. She was made a "Contributor" there (writing and styling) at only 20 years old. Three years ago, Weiss settled into a coveted gig assisting VOGUE stylist Elissa Santisi on iconic fashion shoots, shows and advertising. She's traveled from LA to Dubai, working with photographers Steven Klein, Terry Richardson, Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin, and more. As a young woman surrounded by leading makeup artists, hairstylists, models, editors and fashion personalities, Weiss decided to combine her love of beauty—a hobby, until now—with her fresh editorial voice and photography skills, to produce a unique online platform devoted to beauty... as seen through a "fashion lens". Into The Gloss launched in September 2010. Weiss's organic connections (and focus) within the fashion community consistently translate into the exclusive, original content for which Into The Gloss is known.
