
As brand president of Keds®, Kristin Burrows is the driving force behind the refining and expansion of this iconic brand. She leads all functions of the Keds® team including product design and development, sales, marketing, merchandise planning and operations. Burrows is focused on growing Keds® into one the world's leading footwear brands in its category while at the same time highlighting the companies additional brands, PRO-Keds and Grasshoppers to increase exposure, access and consumer base.
Following graduation from Harvard Business School in 2002, Burrows held various positions with fashion and sports lifestyle brands. Prior to joining Keds®, Kristin served as senior vice president at The Camuto Group, where she oversaw the Jessica Simpson Footwear brand strategy and execution. Previously, she was vice president of global product and general manager at Sports Brands International, where she was responsible for Fila footwear and apparel design.
From 2002 to 2004, Burrows was director of sports lifestyle at Converse, where she managed the Converse Chuck Taylor brand. Previously, she worked for adidas International in various roles and began her career at Asics Tiger Corporation as a product line manager. Burrows' vision for Keds® is to amplify the global market share of the company. Known as a visionary leader with extensive apparel and footwear experience, Burrows aims to leverage the Keds® brand to increase its market share and further develop the iconic original sneaker. In addition Burrows holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Vermont and a Masters of Science in Marketing Communications from Boston University. She resides in Westchester with her husband and two children.
